We had a wonderful stay at Eight Willows, enjoying its beautiful setting and great amenities. The rooms were well-equipped and comfy, but a little more crockery would have made dining easier. The location is perfect for exploring Margaret River and the surrounding wineries. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway, although Wi-Fi issues need to be addressed.

I had a great stay at the resort, appreciating the excellent amenities in our spacious lodge, which was beautifully laid out. The scenic views of the lake made it a peaceful escape. However, the lack of effective Wi-Fi was frustrating and the housekeeping left much to be desired. Even still, the value for what we received was commendable, especially for a resort setting.

Our lodge was spacious, well-equipped, and clean, with high-end appliances in the kitchen. The lack of overhead fans in the bedrooms was a minor downside.

While the initial impression was good, the lack of housekeeping after three days was really disappointing. Staff apologized for this issue, but it wasn't enough to make up for the lapse in service.

Our stay at the resort offered a stunning natural setting, with beautiful views and encounters with kangaroos. However, it was marred by overpowering Wi-Fi issues and a lack of daily housekeeping, which left us feeling a bit neglected. Overall, while the amenities were good, the service experienced regarding cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were nice and clean, featuring a well-stocked kitchen, but the bathroom was a bit cramped. I appreciated having two showers in the 2-bedroom unit.
Service

The lack of daily housekeeping was disappointing, especially since the resort had promised it. We felt quite abandoned without fresh towels or trash removal during our stay.

We had to drive to Cowaramup for meals, lacking decent dining options nearby, which made dinner a bit of a hassle.
Facilities

The resort has great amenities like a lovely pool and nature trails, but missing out on housekeeping made it feel a bit rustic.
